Spent a ridiculous amount of time gathering the data they needed for this study, submitted it in time for a $50 bonus, and then never heard anything again. My Pending Payments on Prolific showed $300 but it never moved to my balance. Then, without warning, the $300 was gone and the study showed as "returned." They never bothered to contact me to inform me of any issues and they offered absolutely no compensation for the time I spent on this. Now they have a bunch of my data and I've got nothing to show for it.
