ruc.edu.cn - Prolific Researcher Reviews

The estimated time to complete was 10 minutes. The study’s on-platform text description states the study will take 10 to 20 minutes. The actual completion time was 20+ minutes. There was open-ended writing involved and I was using my phone’s keyboard. I’m too paranoid to even use spell check to correct my typos because I spell check has been flagged as AI-assisted writing for others, so I clumsily backspace and retype every mistake. It takes forever. My iPhone still keyboard is so inaccurate. Anyway, I went over the time allotted by a few minutes and “timed out”. If researcher reviews my task and overrides the “timed-out”, I’ll revise my rating. I take responsibility for typing so slow on my phones but currently I’m rating this 2 stars because I’m feeling really bummed I put nearly a half hour of effort into a study only paying $2.00, only to time out and receive $0.00
