Asked me to return a study I spent 60 minutes on because they accused me of using AI. After I disputed it and told them I didn't use AI and that I was going to contact Prolific, they sent me a message stating my submission was "wrongfully flagged for AI use since the submission with detected AI use shares the same ID number as your submission." Which doesn't even make sense to me. But whatever, I will be leaving this one star review due to the annoyance this has caused, and for the fact that I would have been out of an hour's work and $9 if I hadn't pushed back, and had just followed their instructions to return the study.

Unfair Attention Checks
Completed their study called Defining Authenticity (ages 35-60) and was asked to return the study based on inputting incorrect age from what's on my profile. I'm in the correct age bracket and explained it to them and even apologized for the mistake. Then they replied saying they can't use my data because there were other quality and attention checks I missed (I'm fairly certain, I did not miss any!) Think they're trying to scam for our data without paying...
