I originally completed this study with nothing unusual, but then I received a rejection for completing too quickly. I got in touch with Vaida because this has never happened to me before, and it turns out that I 'completed' the survey very quickly because I was screened out. The study didn't say at the time I was screened out, but through our conversation this is what we understood to have happened. Vaida apologised for not configuring the study to go through the screen out process correctly, changed my submission to approved, I got paid the normal amount, and was even given a bonus. Sometimes it helps to reach out.
