I ran into a technical issue with a question (I answered but study said I hadn't and wouldn't let me move forward). I messaged the researcher, who said "Thank you for notifying me" but provided no way to move forward or any indication I would receive partial credit (or at least not get rejected). I cancelled my submission. These large .edu researcher names make me leery because it's unclear if the rating has anything to do with the actual researcher for a particular study.
