I connected my Garmin Connect App as requested at the start of the study and was contacted again as they said they couldn't find any of my data. So I reconnect the app as I had initially thought I could disconnect after 24 hours. I re-connected my app and included the historical data. They rejected my submission, stating that no data was found. Instead of rejecting, I think they should've asked to return instead, even though I completed the study honestly and connected my Garmin Connect app! I can't control if the data doesn't get transferred correctly on Garmin's end...
