After taking the study, it restarted again instead of ending in a code. I immediately let them know so I could head off any problems. The next day it auto rejected. So this person, who is Mike Wu, does not bother to look at messages. I had to wait the full 7 days to report it. I am sure the rejection will be over turned. Could have been a glitch, but either way, they should be paying attention to messages.
