28 minute review on management / leadership style which was completed in just under 20 minutes. This was done correctly with full effort but was quickly rejected as being completed too quickly. the design of the survey was simple and nicely grouped so that each chunk of questions were related and on the same topic that did make this easy to run through but 20 minutes was about right for the amount of questions
