Ava Kaveh - Prolific Researcher Reviews

Did this study back in August last year. Opened it, asked me what my job was, answered honestly like I do all the time on Prolific, get screened out. So I'm thinking okay cool I'm probably gonna receive a screen out message or a message from the researcher asking me to return the study. No no no I get this message 2 days later; "Dear participant, Your submission was rejected for study "Tell us about your experiences at work" for the following reasons: Failed authenticity check" I'm like failed what now? What have a failed when I answered honestly and it matches what is on my profile? And why is the researcher not asking for a return and straight up rejecting me over a 2min 30p study? I messaged the researcher, asking for an explanation, asking if I can return. No answer. Tried a few times reporting this to Prolific, no answer. Thing is I have accidently done another one of this researcher's studies after this event without realising. I wanted to block her so bad, but I wouldn't be able to see if she replied to my message if I did. So there's me thinking I'm probably not getting responded to because the researcher ain't on the platform anymore. But nope she is. Just ignoring me :'( I thanked the person who made this site in one of my other reviews but I'd like to thank them again. What with being ignored by the researcher and Prolific it can feel like I'm screaming into the void and there's no kind of justice. Being able to say "Hey everyone this person did this" genuinely helps me feel a bit better. Thank you!
