I ran into an issue halfway through the study where I couldn't proceed past a certain point. I ended up returning and reaching out to the researcher who replied really quickly to address my concern. They ended up manually sending me part 2 and I was able to take the rest of the study and was compensated for my time. Pleasure to work with!
