One of the rare times which Useberry studies actually work. The task was easy to do and was approved 3 days after my submission.
Bastards screen me out for simply visiting the study page on my pc instead of a mobile device.
I should have known better than to go anywhere near a 1 minute long 20 cent study from useberry, it refused to upload properly after I had recorded my screen, with mic and camera (!) to describe what was quite literally a one click UI task. No coded it and got on with my day. While I was away, the rats at useberry sent me a message telling me to return it, and then 10 minutes later rejected it. Reported to Proliific (which will do nothing other than make me feel better for ranting), and messaged useberry back them back explaining how it was actually a them problem. Thankfully, I could return it. I've been ignoring this lot for months due to the pathetic pay, and will now ignore them in perpetuity due to them being thieving scumbags, for a laughable 20 whole cents.
I was participating in this study by Useberry yesterday, "Review a Service Cancellation Experience!" and the study stopped working near the very end and the page wouldn't load. This was after 15 minutes of diligent work and paying full attention to their survey, sharing my screen, and giving complete answers. I tried contacting the researcher about the page not loading, but never received a response, and the study eventually timed out. It's now been 15+ hours and I have received no response from them at all. They did send the message that I need to return or be rejected, so obviously I returned the study. They should really pay me for my time and effort working on their study. I will attach a screenshot of the page that wouldn't load so you can see it for yourself. I have now blocked this researcher and recommend everyone do the same. I have contacted support to see what can be done, and I will update if anything changes.
same as others have started, did the survey then at the end nothing loaded and no code twice
I completed the study, which was a mock subscription cancelation, and the final page after submission would not load. I did not receive a completion code. I saved the URL to the final submission page and messaged the researcher. They subsequently rejected me. After I messaged them again, pointing out what happened and that they have my data and that the glitch was on their end, they messaged me again stating I did not meet the criteria, and that is why I was rejected. There was NO criteria stated in the study and no in-study screening. Thankfully, I was at least able to return the study, and now I know to avoid them.

Very simple study. Just needed to click a few buttons.
Followed all the steps on their crummy fake page, which was tedious to say the least. Once at the end of the process I encountered a broken page, so I was unable to get a code. Now they are asking me to return the study, without compensation, and when I mentioned there was a technical issue, they claimed I didn't meet the criteria. I contacted prolific to report this.
TOTAL SCAM. DO not use this person. They had a very small completion time of 8 minutes, which I didn't notice. They want you to evaluate a website that sells water dispensers. After adding a comment, a message would pop up saying "Are you sure you want to stop adding information?" or something similar. Basically they want to get as much time from you as possible to get a great study but make it so you go well over the allotted time so they can time you out and pay you shit for it. Only time-out I have ever had here with almost 2,300 submissions, Absolute scum.
Asked to log into Figma to take the study - doesn't provide Figma logins. Waste of time.
This study is completely broken. All you ever see after reading the task is a page asking you to log in to Figma because, for some reason, the useberry admin somehow forgot to ensure that Figma users can actually see the task to do.
As others, suddenly taken to login screen for a website/app asking to sign up. no mention of this previously.

Quite Easy to do, but you better have the task to be remembered, as you won't get any reminders of what to do.
Study is missing the correct labels on Prolific, as such you cannot filter it out. It incorrectly lists itself as Desktop online, ignoring the required camera, audio, and screen requirements. It also takes you to a different website with required sign in.
