Rejected my study on the basis of “gave no study data” even though I completed the study in full and received a completion code at the end. They have not responded to my messages.
Prolific ended up overturning the rejection, but I still never received a response from them. I would avoid doing studies with this researcher.
Rejected for "Gave no Study Data", when I completed the study in full.
Edit: After contacting Prolific, I was able to get the rejection removed.
Was rejected for "gave no study data" even though I answered all questions and completed the study without any issues.
Rejected for "Gave no study data" despite successfully completing the study and entering a completion code. Update: I contacted the researcher, who ignored me. Reported the rejection to Prolific, and they overturned it (resulting in a return, but better than a rejection).
Tedious, underpaid study that was full of pages and pages of comprehension checks that got very annoying.
It took me a little longer than the intended time to complete, but it's pretty easy. Requires downloading an extension. This one took under 48 hours to approve
it was a very simple and quick survey. in-study screening was present. instant approval.
questions plus reading. Straightforward. Good pay.
Super easy study and was approved instantly after completion
The study took me 55 minutes when it was estimated to take 35, and I even started trying to rush a little about halfway through. I'm sure I could easily have timed out if I hadn't rushed. I don't know if somehow I'm overthinking the questions or something, I'm just following what the study said to do, but somehow the average completion time is at like 33 minutes now. I just don't understand how that is possible. The study instantly approved at least.
Took the intended time, paid okay and has possible bonus
Short and easy to do. Instant approval.
Pay is okay, but there is a lot of potential for a decent bonus. Took me about 12 minutes when intended was 15.
Easy, fun and quick. I got instant approval and it took around 5 minutes
Interesting topic, easy to get through.
Only took me just over 2 minutes, approved pretty quickly
Reading heavy study, but it was easy for me. Job specific.
This was an easy AI conversation study that took the time it estimated it would. The only issue was that around the estimated time mark it just stopped responding, but I was still able to do the requested google forms, get my completion ID, and it was auto-approved.
Thoroughly enjoyed this study! Excellent researcher.
The study itself was simple, just had a verbal conversation with an AI bot that sounded fairly natural. Study stated it would take 10-15 mins and it took 5. I had an issue where the description stated you needed to complete a google form, but the link did not work, so I completed the study without a completion code. A few hours later I was rejected by the researcher so I reached out and explained the situation and they approved it and replied in less than 10 minutes. Ended up making $5 off a 5 minute interview + a short survey.
Pretty simple and approved very quickly
Quick approval, good pay
was screened out and told to cancel the study after answering the question correctly bruh
