This was a study that lasted over an hour and included bonus payment. Unfortunately, when I was about 80% of the way through, the site crashed and I couldn't continue. I messaged the researcher, and they replied shortly afterward, apologising for not responding sooner. They let me return the study while still paying me the full payment and the bonus.
