Asked to Return

Unfortunately after completion they have messaged me saying: "Hello Participant. We saw that you submitted the completion code on Prolific, but unfortunately there was a technical error. We kindly ask that you return your submission on Prolific so that we can reopen the study slot. Returning the study will protect your account profile from receiving a rejection penalty. Thank you." I have picture evidence of putting in the correct code and completing the study. I have not yet been rejected and have replied to their message. If they are to reject me I will appeal it as it is an unfair rejection.
