One of Maze's worst studies I've been taking. Like, I get it that the platform can be legit when it works, but please do not screen out people for having a desktop/laptop only on the Prolific page while actually searching for mobile users. As I deadass got screened out for having a laptop to take the study instead of a phone, despite the prolific requirements saying "devices you can take the study on: Desktop". For $0.25 of screenout reward, this feels dishonest.

Rating new banking app pages for renewing fixed rate accounts. I have only given 4 stars as it was hard ot work out how to advance from one screen – I had to click the button that said abandon to be able to carry on. Paid in 4 days, rate not too bad

Confusing Instructions
This study asked if you are willing to create an account on an external site to continue with the study. If you answer in the affirmative, it directs you to create an account. After creating the account, I continued in the survey by acknowledging account creation, only to be then screened out. Make of it what you will, but this is what it is like doing studies for Maze.

got on it, then the first question was about the turnover of my business. I dont have a business. It did not say in the blurb I needed to be a business owner. 2nd question asked my role - eg director etc. Had to return. SAY in the blurb who you want!!
